How to Flash Xiaomi ROMs via Fastboot

CRITICAL WARNING:

As with any modification procedure, your Xiaomi device MUST have an Unlocked Bootloader (UBL) status prior to flashing. Executing this ROM in a Locked state will result in a Hard Brick. Proceed at your own risk.

Execution Steps:

[1] File Preparation: Extract the downloaded ROM file (.zip or .tgz) from Nyubicrew using an application like WinRAR/7zip to your PC.

[2] Enter Fastboot Mode: Turn off your Xiaomi device. Press and hold the Volume Down + Power buttons simultaneously until the Mi Bunny (Fastboot) logo appears. Connect the USB cable from the phone to your PC.

[3] Execute Script: Open the extracted ROM folder. Locate the file named flash_all.bat.

[4] Flashing Process: Double-click to run the flash_all.bat file. A black Command Prompt (CMD) window will open. Wait for the code execution to finish completely until the CMD window closes automatically.

[5] Mandatory Wipe Data: As the phone automatically restarts after flashing, IMMEDIATELY press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons to force the device into Mi Recovery Mode.

[6] Factory Reset: Inside the Recovery menu, select Wipe Data and confirm the action.

[7] Reboot System: Once the wipe is successful, return to the main menu and select Reboot to System.

[8] Initial Boot: The device will take a considerable amount of time to boot. Wait patiently until it reaches the MIUI/HyperOS Home Menu.

[9] Finalization: Complete the initial device setup. Once on the home screen, install your chosen FakeGPS application. The system is now ready for operation.
